PRISTINE AND MINIMAL AESTHETIC
The Modular house in Elwood boasts a contemporary design characterised by its brutalist shape. Our objective for this project was to achieve a pristine and minimalist aesthetic, both on the exterior and interior, with an emphasis on open-plan living.
The deliberate use of long horizontal windows throughout the house fosters openness between spaces and offers panoramic views of the surroundings. This design choice enhances the sense of spaciousness and connection to the outdoors.
Inside, the bathrooms feature contrasting dark floor tiles paired with white and chrome fixtures. The addition of waterfall design style of tiles running up the face adds a modern touch to the space, elevating its ambiance.
Stepping outside, the area is adorned with granite stone paving surrounding a plunge pool, further enhancing the contemporary appeal of the residence.
Our consistent use of large tiles throughout the house, contributes to a visual sense of expansiveness and openness in the living areas.
